By accessing or using StoreLaunch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoreLaunch is a web-based tool that helps app developers generate professional App Store and Google Play Store screenshot assets. The Service provides templates, device mockups, and export functionality on a credit-based system.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are used to export generated store assets as ZIP files.
Free accounts receive an initial allocation of credits upon registration.
Additional credits can be purchased through the pricing page.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure
Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit allocations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the screenshots and content you upload. The generated assets using your content are yours to use without restriction. StoreLaunch retains all rights to the Service, including its templates, designs, code, and branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination for cause are forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
